Each collection is bought in small batches, so pieces vary slightly from one to the next — which is the point. Ask for the current lookbook before you commit to a design.

Pieces checked individually, wrapped for transit, and sets assembled and sealed if you have ordered them built.

Minimum order
12 pieces per design on most collections, 24 on small accessories and 20 on assembled sets.
Handmade variation
Colour, grain and glaze differ piece to piece. We treat this as character, not a defect — samples show the range.
Pricing
Tiered by quantity per design. Mixed designs within a collection count towards the same tier.
Branding
Engraving, printed ribbon, tags, belly bands and inserted cards. Higher minimums and longer lead times apply.
Packing
Wrapped for transit and cartoned by design, with a packing list. Retail-ready and gift packing on request.
Lead time
In-stock lines packed within 3–7 working days. Branded and assembled sets quoted at confirmation.
Breakages
Report transit damage within 3 working days with photos and we will replace or credit the affected pieces.
Delivery
Islandwide delivery, split delivery, or self-collect at Paya Lebar Square. Export documents on request.
Payment
PayNow or bank transfer against invoice. Deposit required on custom and branded orders.
